Subject: [9fans] cannot open /n/a:/vgainfo.txt
Date: Tue, 3 Dec 2002 20:31:51 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <Pine.SOL.3.96.1021203202627.5035B-100000@robin.cooper.edu> (raw)

While attempting to install from a boot floppy, I got this error message
and got dropped into text-mode rc. /n/a: somehow got mounted badly and
trying ls got IO errors. mount /srv/dos /n/a: /dev/fd0disk worked, but
there is no vgainfo.txt on the disk. Two disks, two downloads of the boot
floppy, same error. Any ideas?

Thanks,
--Joel
