I am apparently overlooking something very obvious but staring
at cdfs(3) does not seem to help.

	term% cat /dev/sd03/ctl
	inquiry YAMAHA  CRW8424S        1.0d06/10/99
	geometry 1 2048
	part data 0 1

	term% cdfs -d /dev/sd03
	openscsi '/dev/sd03': i/o error

No special binds/mounts other than what is in termrc (/n/cd exists).
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
