Subject: [9fans] ether82563.c and i82574 chips
Date: Sun, 15 May 2011 10:23:47 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <a1116823b8a463ea2dc006a5f52085e5@gandalf.orthanc.ca> (raw)
The driver says this about the '574:
// case 0x10d3: /* l */
// type = i82574; /* never heard of it */
// break;
I've heard of it: my Asus Z8NA-D6C motherboard has one. Is there any
history I should know about before I light this up in the driver?
