Hi,

	During the last month or so our fossil seems to run out of procs once
in a while. IMHO, we've not changed our usage of the file system. Has anyone
seen a similar behaviour?

Right now we have it configured with msg -m 160 -p 120, and
despite this it went out of procs during this weekend.

I'm trying now to trace why it needs so many procs.
