Yes. But set up the partitions first with a non-plan 9 tool. The current version of disk/fdisk (used in the installer) does not respect boundaries of existing partitions. If you allow it to edit the plan 9 partition, it is likely to rewrite the other partitions to align with its notion of "cylinder" size.
