you can find a tool to index and search files by
content.

has the man page.
Experimental, as usually.

FYI
the permissions on some of the files on sources
stop the contrib system from accessing your packages:
felix% contrib/install nemo/tags
grep: can't open /n/sources/contrib/nemo/replica/tags/db: '/n/sources/contrib/nemo/replica/tags/db' permission denied
fcp: can't open /n/sources/contrib/nemo/replica/tags/log: '/n/sources/contrib/nemo/replica/tags/log' permission denied
fcp /n/sources/contrib/nemo/replica/tags/log /dist/replica/client/tags.log: fcp 39229: errors
felix% ls -l /n/sources/contrib/nemo/replica/tags
--rw-r----- M 16471 nemo sys 1148 Jan 16 11:44 /n/sources/contrib/nemo/replica/tags/db
