forgive me if this seems trite.

i have a (now obsolete) Jornada 560 which i read somewhere is
quite similar--if not functionally identical--to the iPaq.
has anyone had any experience with 9'ing an iPaq that would
translate to the Jornada (for which i can't seem to find any
technical info anymore.)

my j560 doesn't have a serial port, only a usb cradle, an ir
port & an assortment of reasonable capacity CF cards.

any help apprec'd.

i'm afraid you're likely to find that the devices are different enough
that you're talking about a proper port, not just getting things
aranged in the right way. even within the iPaq line, the devices
differe enough that the plan9/inferno ports are specific to only a
small subset.

i'd be happy to find i'm wrong.
