It looks like this card is recognized by 9load(8) but not the fs
kernel.  You can try to port the rtl driver to the fs kernel.  (It has
been done with gigabit drivers.) You can try a different network card.
Look at /sys/src/fs/pc/ether* for cards supported by the file server.
