Hi,

	What's the expected dictionary order for spell. We're
trying to generate a spanish dictionary and it seems that the generated
dictionary is not sorted according to what sprog expects.

Any clue?

PS: We are using non ASCII characters like =C3=A1=C3=A9...,
which might be causing the problems
