Subject: [9fans] troff for presentations
Date: Tue, 26 Apr 2005 16:58:03 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <ccdd9e6aeee9a8fd7cbb9c4adb53f1cd@quintile.net> (raw)
Anyone know of a troff macro package for doing presentations?
I have seen one for groff but I believe it uses special hooks
that the One True Troff doesn't have.
The main thing I need is the ability to add a colour
background image to every page, perhaps this could be
done at the dvi level rather than including an image?
Failing this perhaps a tool to merge an image with a
stream of pages?
This would allow me to create a PDF with a slide per page
and use page(1) or Acrobat to do the presentation depending
on what OS is available.
any ideas anyone?
