Hi,
for those who might be interested:
I've just ported (APE) the following biology programs:
DNArates.tbz
clustalw1.82.tbz
fastDNAml.tbz
molphy.tbz
phylip.tbz
More will (hopefully) follow. Until our ftp site recovers from a crash, the files are available upon request. Enjoy!
