There are 68k compilers for plan9 and the kernel
has run on 68k machines in the past (2nd edition),
there may be a chance of getting the source
for those kernels released from the labs if you
are lucky.
Having said this no one (to my knowledge) has done a native
port to 68k or PPC macs and the old 68k kernels would require
a fair amount or work to be compatible with release 4 even before
before you started the port to the Mac hardware.
Sorry to be discouraging but running Plan9 on a 68k Mac
would be a lot of work.
