on a CD, i can see d000 and d001 tracks, however, after
rm /mnt/cd/wd only d000makes it through to the final directory.
feature, bug, or am i missing sthg??

are you sure it is d000 that is left?
maybe d000 is gone and d001 has been renamed.
your cd reader may not support reading multiple
data tracks and may show only the last one.
(or only the first, but that is less common.)
