It's impossible to remove that user's files from the dump, so typically
we just disable the auth credentials (echo disabled >/mnt/keys/user/status
or there's probably some way to use changeuser) and then
leave the user account there, sometimes renaming it xuser=20
or usedtobeuser or something like that.
