Yes,  and power off the virtuell machine. ;-)

Yes, I put it in lib/profile and can see the messages at boottime

	fn term%{ $* }
	/usr/mtg/srf
	exec rio -i riostart

and there is the aux/vmware in termrc

I have a second vmware running. It is a p9 cpu/auth server. Maybe
this is the problem. Copy and Paste is disabled in this instance.
