Your fossil configuration branded into fossil partition
might contain sdD0 like:
% fossil/conf /dev/sdC0/fossil (or any other fossil partition)

fsys main config /dev/sdD0/fossil
:
You might need to change the line and brand it to the partition
with fossil/conf -w again.
