In my case, when i run;

%usbfat:
%no usb disk

what could be the problem?
as of now i'm reading the intro to operating sysrems abstraction by
Francisco Ballesteros from  linux then try  out the programs there
in plan9.

What's /dev/usb/ctl
on your system after plugging your disk?
That may give a clue.
