I think, we can govern a revolution, yet can't stop an evolution; try finding how and, or why Coherent (operating system), Minix and then GNU/Linux were created. IMHO, we need to know and, or learn how to pull a mob or engage masses into a development, launch, marketing, feedback and rectification process life cycle of a product.
