I just saw, when trying to have clues about what was going wrong with
the kerTeX install on Plan9/9front, that invoking tracing with ape/psh
(-x) produces memory errors.

I have done with "echo" commands redirected to stderr for what I was
trying to do (fixing the kerTeX configuration/compilation/installation).


I have not looked if this is general (invoking another script or even
testing on the command line) or if my scripts exhibit the bug, but if
someone tackles the task and is enable to reproduce it easily,
one can reproduce the failure with the kerTeX configuration: just add
the "-d" flag to the risk_comp/sys/posix/sh1/rkconfig first call in
get_mk_install.rc to reproduce.
