[9front] fqa: fix foundation link; remove rogue rails.jpg

This is my third attempt at sending this letter.  I was getting
really angry at 9front for not accepting them, but turns out it was
misconfiguration on my end all along.  As such, in the meantime
these patches were reduced from 3 to 2, and became a bit stale, but
I hope they will still apply cleanly, since they are mere one-liners.
(I am also not sure if these "bugs" are not actually "features" now)
