[9front] fqa: fix foundation link; remove rogue rails.jpg

This is my third attempt at sending this letter.  I was getting
really angry at 9front for not accepting them, but turns out it was
misconfiguration on my end all along.  As such, in the meantime
these patches were reduced from 3 to 2, and became a bit stale, but
I hope they will still apply cleanly, since they are mere one-liners.
(I am also not sure if these "bugs" are not actually "features" now)

are you sure that you don't have more misconfigurations in your setup?

issue, i see kemal's mail only, including a partial quote of the
original mail, but i never received the original mail.

The reason for all this shit is that waifu.club is listed in the SURBL
and therefore lots of email hosts and/or antispam software is going to
shitcan it by default.  The waifu.club domain is classed as "abuse."

I got the message fine, but my spamassassin reporter went nuts.

ok, i found your mail in spam now.
one thing that strikes me is that you have a dkim signature, but your
dns doesn't answer requests for your dkim selector.
maybe you will want to fix your mail...

maybe aided by my elegant automatic bottomquoting of the original
mail, sl will figure out how to act on the two suggestions.

this is what I think is happening:

mlmgr sends out mail in batches. some batches fail, temporarily or otherwise. some succeed. this sometimes results in messages about arriving in the wrong order.

Well, misconfiguraion I was having has little to do with DCIM-signatures
and spam filters: I was sending my mail from my gmail address (which
is not subscribed to the mailing list) by mistake.
I could try writing my meme mail provider about this, but considering
it actually got banned in my country, maybe it's better to just start
self-hosting instead.

Other rails.jpg has an explanation under it, but positioned further
towards the end of the document, so it's somewhat confusing.

How about using "full block" characters ('█' or utf8 code 0x2588)
for redacted text instead?
