This can be rid off by replacing
	ocr = trysdiocmd(IO_SEND_OP_COND, 0);
to
	ocr = sdiocmd(IO_SEND_OP_COND, 0);

This problem is difficult to me.
I tried many things.
However it seems this problem is out of my ability, so I take a rest...
