I've been ignoring Plan 9 lately, but the first two points of this release suddenly look very good. I've been wanting a place to put deduplicated backups of my crazy dev box without too much mucking about, and I'm fairly sure hostowner-only access will work for me where I keep breaking regular Plan 9 auth (and not in the fun way). It's all-go-rhythmic Synchrony! Or something. :)
