The installer still lets the user choose 'Distribution is from'
during configdist. However, no code checks for $distisfrom being
set to net:

	; grep distisfrom /rc/bin/inst/*
	/rc/bin/inst/configdist:	if(! ~ $distisfrom net local){
	/rc/bin/inst/configdist:	distisfrom=$rd
	/rc/bin/inst/configdist:	export distisfrom

Do we have any plans for this option, or should it be removed?
