Hello,
The recent work I've done with /sys/doc has made me take a look at htmlroff.
I found that by default we emit html entities and numeric character references.
There is a flag(-u) for just emitting utf8 and at this point I think it would be
safe to say that can be a default. To be entirely honest I think we can remove
that old code all together if no one is actively relying on it.
Let me know what you think about this or what you are using it for.
