Hi all,

I just pushed fixes for the intel graphics driver, thanks to which
mode setting now works on the x250 (broadwell).  It has helped get a
(garbled) picture on some monitors which didn't previously work at all,
on haswell and broadwell machines.  Regression tests on several
machines of other generations did not show any issues.

For most machines, regardless of generation, output to an external
monitor via displayport is broken (since always?), but there are some
ideas on where the problem might be.  VGA output for haswell/broadwell
is still unimplemented, however HDMI/DVI usually do work.  The
hardware cursor on the x250 and some gm965 machines is also broken.
There is a small chance that these fixes may help with these issues
in some cases, but it's unlikely.

my toughbook CF-52 now.

for reference, displayport output on my thinkpad x301 worked with vesa but never with igfx.
