If you're running gefs, make sure you're updated
past commit 8c046fe451b. It reverts a bad commit.
If you're seeing odd behavior or crashes, make
sure you update.
If things are too flaky, you can grab a kernel
off the iso builder:
9fs iso
9fs 9fat
cp /n/iso/amd64/9pc64 /n/9fat
(Or wherever you put the kernel normally).
