hi all,

here are a couple of corrections for the previously submitted manpages.

i have six manpages left from the other half, so i'll send the whole
batch once i'm done with them.

This was recently commited but it could have been better.
Swiproc is the Inferno analog of postnote(9). I would have
kept the sentence with that substitution.

thanks anthony, i'll fix this.
my knowledge of inferno is pretty limited.
