Does anyone need libmemdraw to be fast on platforms with no FPU?
memfillpoly currently does more than one 64-bit integer division-type
operation (div or mod) per segment per scan line, and a halfway sane
floating-point linear interpolation would be faster whenever an FPU is
available.
Also, does anyone *want* memfillpoly to implement the documented
behavior (filling everything outside the polygon instead of inside it)
for wind=0 or wind=~1?
