Looking at Erik's stuff, it seems he can only use USB nvram if the USB
stick is the only drive in the machine; a.i. the USB stick is BIOS
drive 0, so it doesn't work if you try to pxe-boot a machine that
already has a disk. Useless for me, still useful in general.
