There's an edited version as well: https://0intro.dev/ori/

If all goes well doing another 0intro with Sigrid this Sunday ☺

Cheers,
Sean

Nice!

A small nitpick: henesy's audio quality is a lot better than Ori's. I
suppose this is due to audio quality being degraded over the network.
A suggestion to fix this: The interviewee should record themselves,
and send the recording once the call is over. Then, the two recordings
can be mixed together. Otherwise, the interviewer can re-encode their
own recording to make both qualities equal :)

It could also be because I was using a laptop with a shitty built in
mic, because I don't really record interviews often.

Hey folks,
> There's an edited version as well: https://0intro.dev/ori/

Attached you’ll find the transcript of ori’s interview.

Contains:
{
.trl transcript record list, each word with time information
.tsl transcript sentence list, sentence identification (useful for translations ecc)
} # non standard formats, csv based

.srt SubRip file, if you want to add it to the video
.txt file, just the text

Have a nice day

Thank you for your interviews Sean 😊 I’m really appreciating them, both the initiative and the content produced.
Anyway you’re welcome, happy you find them valuable.

Is it ok then if I transcribe the other episodes too as soon as the mp3 file is out?

Another feedback if I may... I think it would be very interesting, motivatig and instructive if the interviewed shared how they setup their 9front network for their usecases!

Thank you again,
dan

ps: is there any chance we’ll have an interview with cinap? 😃

Sure thing, happy to credit as they come out ☺

> ps: is there any chance we’ll have an interview with cinap?

If cinap wants, I'd like to get a bunch of the longer-tenure 9front
folks on the mic if they'd be willing to humor me

Just haven't gotten there yet

I'd LOVE to interview cinap ☺

> if the interviewed shared how they setup their 9front network for their usecases!

This could definitely be arranged if the speaker is willing

Cheers,
Sean

> How?

You need a way to insert an arbitrary unicode code point and have a
font which can render emoji

9front does not have emoji *stuff*

You can type smileys, etc., though, in the utf8 range

The 'alt' key is your composition key and /lib/keyboard has the
combinations for specific utf8 runes listed

Cheers,
Sean
