Shithub now has got a community garden.  If you create
a repo in /usr/git/garden, anyone with an account will
be able to commit to it.

If you move an existing project, you may need to fix
permissions on it:

	chgrp garden `{walk /usr/git/garden/$repo}

I've planted shithub itself in the garden as the first
public repo -- push code up if you're confident, ask
if you're not.
