Personally I think the better solution is to delete fgui entirely, thus avoiding the need for all this philosophical documentation you people seem to want. More broadly, it's been my experience that people who want to complicate the code almost never want to stick around to maintain it. It's a little easier to accept bikeshedding that's lived in someone's personal patchset for a few years than the knee-jerk type. khm
