I can tell you just pasted it into a bad search engine, and got a bunch
of pretty close results, but the famous "lying eyes" quote isn't the
source of this punchline.  That joke doesn't even make any sense with
the words "that lying sheep" substituted for "your lying eyes".  What
the hell "wooly twist" is being accomplished here?  No.  I'm not
surprised that humor is a foreign subject to you, but put a little more

In actual fact,  That line is the punchline to a joke about a farmer
hiring a a guy who claims he can talk to animals.  The farmer is
suspicious of this claim, but needs the help.  Comedy comes in threes,
so the worker accurately reports conversations with a cow and a chicken.
Each paints a picture of the farmer living an isolated widower life.
Then, realizing the implications of this ability, the farmer hurries to
impugn the reliability of the sheep, despite moments prior disbelieving
anyone could talk to animals.  

He was worried the sheep would report being raped.  ha ha ha, I guess,
back in the day someone thought this shit was funny.

Yeah, normally I'd be right there with you, but this joke is being used
to attack some rando I don't know, isn't anything to do with 9front,
and, the worst crime of all, isn't a particularly funny joke.

I only explicitly mentioned it to highlight other idiotic attempts to
bowdlerize fortunes, which focus on getting rid of four-letter words
without actually understanding any of the contents of the file.  On
brand and in character for the actors in question!  In this case, really
just more pre-9front detritus.
