the pci bar doesnt give you the address of the graphics
memory. the pci bar is the part of the physical memory
address space that gets mapped to the graphics card. so
when the cpu writes or reads that physical memory region,
the reads and writes go over the pci bus to the graphics
card.
the real physical location of the GTT doesnt matter to us
as we access the gtt thru the pci graphics aperture.
