Does anyone know where to=20 find Tk83.dll since Tcl/Tk8.3 is only available in = source=20 form.
I cannot compile them since I have no = MSVC++ at=20 this moment. (Working on Windows XP). Otherwise I have to await my order = of=20 MSCV++ standard.
 
Does Lablgl or lablgtk needs = it?
