Guess: probably none more serious that using spaces in filenames.

This is really bad idea on Windows, since most Windows
tools are so badly written they do not handle this
correctly! On Win98 the *EXPLORER* doesn't handle
this correctly! [I don't mean IE, I mean the actual
windows explorer file manager!!]

It is possible the mishandling of filenames is in 
the Ocaml driver.. when dispatching programs
with Windows via a command line all filenames
must be quoted (in case they have spaces in them).
