Lol! no, it is a simple question. Can I make a bytecode program
and just ship it an expect it to run? No. So what else is required?

My friend is in San Francisco right now and does.
It was he that asked "Why not have a bytecode version
of the Felix compiler, so we don't have to install
Ocaml on every platform?"
