What does that mean?
What means "best practices" here?
I think it will be more than just recommendation
of best code-indentation / coding rules-/Style.

Possibly things like how to do the best way in
e.g. paketizing things? (CPAN-like, I remember
perl -MCPAN ... which IMHO is one of Perl's plus's.)
