From: David Rajchenbach-Teller To: OCaml Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Date: Tue, 10 Feb 2009 21:20:48 +0100 Message-Id: <1234297248.6457.65.camel@Blefuscu> Mime-Version: 1.0 X-Mailer: Evolution 2.12.1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit X-Spam: no; 0.00; camlp:01 -pp:01 ens-lyon:01 bug:01 camlp:01 foo:01 foo:01 ocamlc:01 -pp:01 -help:01 univ-orleans:01 lifo:01 misused:98 preprocessor:01 preprocessor:01 Dear list, I'm currently faced with a weird behaviour (bug?) of camlp4. Assuming the existence of a file foo.ml, possibly empty. camlp4o -no_comments foo.ml understands option "-no_comments" correctly and pretty-prints the contents of foo.ml, minus comments However, when using camlp4o as a preprocessor, ocamlc -i -pp "camlp4o -no_comments" foo.ml -no_comments: unknown or misused option Use option -help for usage File "foo.ml", line 1, characters 0-1: Error: Preprocessor error Is this normal? Is there a workaround for this?
