Because Sys.command is implemented on top of "system" C's stdlib
function which execute a new shell with "sh -c" and pass it the command
you want to be run.

Path changes in the shell process aren't reflected in the invoking
process.

Dear Ocaml list
 under the toplevel
 why i can not use
# Sys.command  "cd /" ;;
to change the dir to the "/"

only have to use Sys.chdir ?
