DNS changes propagate slowly. (The new site is hosted on a different server than the old site.) As to the new site, credits for the design and most of the implementation should go to Vincent Simonet. It's not 100% complete yet -- some of the documentation material from the old site remains to be transferred. Please be patient. The old site is still there at http://caml.inria.fr/pub/old_caml_site/ and is referenced from the new one. Obvious errors (dangling links, etc) can be reported to webmaster@caml.inria.fr. - Xavier Leroy
