I could use so help though, especially for these two things:
* There are some sequences to read the cursor or the mouse position.
It's not clear to me from where the response should be read.
* It is possible to configure DOS/windows shells to understand ANSI
sequences. However, it does only work for DOS only programs which
OCaml's are not considered to be. So it would be nice to know how
to do it -- or maybe write a C stub with the same interface...
