Hi,
Just because there are a lot of discussions about using OCaml for the web,
OCaml compiled in binary works just fine on http://lost-oasis.fr/  for the web 
hosting.
(and I haven't tested yet, but I think it should be possible to send mails 
with smtp too from this hosting with the smtp package of Robert Silve since 
lost-oasis provides smtp)
