Hi all,

Has anyone ever tried to set up a Linux hosted compiler that
generates windows binaries?

Cheers,
Erik

  Sorry Erik !

I've no solution : this post is just to enforce the fact your question is very interesting.

I follow your quest :

Unfortunately no satisfactory solution since nov 2007.

Would be very glad to get any information about this too !

Regards,

Fabrice

Ah thanks, I wasn't aware of that thread, my google skills had
let me down.

I'm currently having a bit of a look at/experiment with this
problem.

Cheers,
Erik

This might be a bit off topic, but I recently installed
ocaml-3.10.0-win-mgw under wine-0.9.58 under Linux.

Ocaml.exe, ocamlc.exe and ocamlrun.exe worked out of the box.

I didn't try out native code generation because cygwin doesn't
work properly under wine [1]. I've no idea about mingw or MSVS.
