There are also verbosity-Options for the GC.
If you set the v-option of OCAMLRUNPARAM according to the
documentation of the runtimesystem, the GC will inform you
on his actions.
You can use it to look for to often done GC-actions
(for optimizing the settings for a speedup).
This might be helpful for your bug-research also.
