I fully second Julia.
In order to teach OCaml, I need simple and clear instructions
for students.
The current situation is
  Search engine ->
   https://ocaml.org/docs/install.html ->
    https://opam.ocaml.org/doc/Install.html ->
     nightmare.

Too bad.
