I have the following error message when trying to produce native code

ocamlopt -a -o faultmisc.cmxa  str.cmxa faultmisc.cmx
/opt/prog/ocaml-3.00/lib/ocaml/str.cmxa
is not a compilation unit description.


Any idea?
