I am planning to teach a course in Ocaml at Motorola this summer.
The audience would mostly consist of experienced C/C++ programmers.
Does anyone have any material -- slides/notes/homework that they would
be
willing to share with me?

It's such a drag that there isn't an English text-book that addresses
Ocaml
(as opposed to Caml light).

Many thanks,
Andy
