Oh, by the way, ocamlnet does not work with form data sent by Acrobat Reader, which POSTs its application/vnd.fdf responses an then runs into | _ -> failwith "Netcgi.std_activation: unknown Content-type"; Xforms 1.0 allows multipart/related and application/xml, WHATWG Web Forms 2.0 specify application/x-www-form+xml, text/plain, as well as any legal MIME type as possible in POSTs, too.
